Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to contact potential customers, explain company products/services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. The candidate should possess positive communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain products and services clearly to customers.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements:
Any Degree / Diploma.
Valuable communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Solid interpersonal and convincing skills.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
