Job Responsibilities
Operations: Oversee daily workflows across inpatient (IPD), outpatient (OPD), and emergency pharmacy units.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, handle procurement, prevent stock-outs, and track near-expiry drugs.
Staff Management: Supervise pharmacists and support workers, create duty rosters, and train team members.
Compliance: Maintain strict records of scheduled and controlled substances under statutory and hospital quality guidelines (such as NABH standards).
Coordination: Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and the purchase department for smooth patient care
Minimum 2 years experience required
Rational shift
Should be a B.Pharm / D.Pharm qualified
Must be a registered pharmacist.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
