Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote company products/services, generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, executing marketing activities, and expanding business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities and sales leads
Promote company products and services to potential customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and proposals
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Coordinate with production, technical, and customer support teams for smooth order execution
Follow up on inquiries, leads, payments, and customer feedback
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
Manage digital marketing activities through platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Prepare sales reports, customer data, and market analysis reports
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows,



and client meetings

Required Skills
Robust sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Positive understanding of marketing strategies and customer engagement
Ability to build long-term customer relationships
Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM is a plus
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion
Robust presentation and convincing skills
Problem-solving and target-oriented mindset

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field
1–5+ years of experience in sales and marketing (industry-specific experience preferred)

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, or corporate sales
Knowledge of lead generation and customer acquisition strategies
Familiarity with online marketing tools and analytics
