Key Responsibilities
Manage project budgets, cost tracking, profitability analysis, and financial reporting for turnkey projects.
Support tender preparation by analyzing project costs, vendor quotations, and financial estimates.
Prepare and reconcile client invoices, RA bills, receivables, payables, and project accounts.
Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Maintain vendor ledgers, resolve payment discrepancies, and monitor vendor performance.
Handle day-to-day accounting, including general ledger, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements to support business decisions.





Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in accounting and vendor management within the Interior Fit-Out, Construction, or Turnkey Contracting industry.
Robust knowledge of project accounting, procurement, GST, TDS, and financial analysis.
Proficient in Tally ERP/Prime, QuickBooks (preferred), and Advanced Microsoft Excel,zoho
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,320.17 - ₹30,000.00 per month
