Role in the organization, overseeing legal matters and ensuring compliance include
Manage the full lifecycle of contracts—including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, renewing, and ensuring compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third parties to ensure contracts align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements such as MSAs, NDAs, SaaS contracts, partnership agreements, supply agreements, SLAs, confidentiality and non-compete agreements.
Coordinate timely execution of LOIs, MOUs, MOAs, AOAs, and other preliminary agreements.
Support risk mitigation strategies and ensure adherence to corporate policies and legal requirements.
Monitor contract performance, support dispute resolution, and maintain partner relationships

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration,



or a related field; advanced legal qualification preferred.
Solid negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, and risk management best practices.
