Job Summary

Zelite Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV Technical Consultant with strong expertise in development, customization, implementation, integration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central solutions. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across full-cycle ERP implementations, AL/C-AL development, report development, API integrations, and system upgrades or migrations and enjoys working closely with functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central applications.
- Build new functionalities, extensions, and custom modules using AL and C/AL.
- Create and modify Pages, Tables, Codeunits, XML Ports, Queries, and Reports.
- Perform code reviews and champion development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Business Central environments.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation projects across multiple versions of Dynamics NAV and D365 Business Central.
- Support business process mapping and requirement analysis.
- Work across ERP modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash Flow Management, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing.
- Execute upgrade and migration projects from Dynamics NAV to Business Central.
- Perform technical assessments and upgrade planning.
- Ensure data integrity and a smooth transition during migrations.
- Resolve upgrade-related issues and optimize system performance.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications.
- Design and implement API-based integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, OData, and SOAP Services.
- Work with external systems such as CRM, eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, and other business applications.




- Develop and customize reports using RDLC and SSRS.
- Work with SQL Server databases for data extraction, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Develop queries and stored procedures where required.
- Manage source code using GitHub and Azure DevOps.
- Participate in CI/CD implementation and deployment processes.
- Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) activities.
- Maintain documentation and version control standards.

What We're Looking For

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience across at least 3 4 end-to-end implementation projects.
- Solid understanding of ERP business processes and workflows.

Technical Skills

- Advanced knowledge of AL Development, C/AL Development, Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.

Nice to Have

- Strong experience in extension development and customization.
- API development and integration: REST Web Services, SOAP Services, OData Services, and third-party application integration.
- RDLC report development, SQL Server database management, query optimization, and data migration/validation.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Knowledge of SSRS reporting.
- Experience with PowerShell for administration and automation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, ALM, automated builds/deployments, and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience developing ISV solutions and publishing on Microsoft AppSource.
- Exposure to Azure services and cloud deployments.

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Associate
- Relevant Microsoft Azure or Power Platform certifications
