Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities • Work with product managers, business stakeholders, and users to gather and understand requirements.

- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases (BRD / FRD).
- Analyze existing workflows within ODIN modules and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams through the full SDLC from requirement to release.
- Track requirements, changes, dependencies, and open issues across the project lifecycle.
- Support QA in validating test scenarios and coordinate UAT with stakeholders through sign-off.
- Perform basic data analysis (SQL queries, Excel-based analysis) to support product and business decisions.
- Study exchange circulars (NSE, BSE, MCX, SEBI) and help assess their impact on our product.




- Continuously build knowledge of the capital markets domain and the technology stack behind ODIN.

Required Skills • Robust analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with APIs, web applications, and general technical concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; comfort with creating flow diagrams (Visio / Lucid chart / Draw.io).
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
- High attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
