About the Role
We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to manage and grow our Bullhorn for Salesforce platform in-house. You'll take ownership of day-to-day configuration, support, reporting, and enhancements reducing our reliance on external consultants and becoming the internal go-to expert on our recruitment CRM.
Prior hands-on experience with Bullhorn is a strong plus but not required we're equally interested in strong Salesforce administrators/developers who are keen to specialise in the recruitment/staffing vertical and can ramp up on Bullhorn quickly, with support during handover from our current implementation partner.
What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day administration of our Bullhorn for Salesforce instance: user management, permissions, page layouts, record types, and business rules
- Build and maintain workflows, process automation (Flow), validation rules, and approval processes
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for recruitment, sales, and operations teams
- Handle data management: imports, exports, deduplication, and data quality/hygiene
- Configure and troubleshoot integrations (job boards, email/calendar sync, telephony, LinkedIn, background-check tools, etc.)
- Provide first-line support to end users (recruiters, resourcers, account managers) and manage a small ticket queue
- Scope, build, and test small-to-medium enhancements as the business evolves using declarative tools where possible, and writing Apex/LWC where custom logic or integrations require it
- Liaise with our external implementation partner on larger projects, and progressively take on more of that work yourself
- Stay current with Bullhorn and Salesforce releases and proactively suggest improvements
What We're Looking For
Essential
- 2+ years' hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Certified Administrator or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative tools (Flow, validation rules, approval processes)
- Working proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) able to write and maintain custom triggers, classes, and components for logic and integrations that declarative tools can't handle
- Experience building reports and dashboards for business stakeholders
- Comfortable working directly with non-technical end users to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues
- Good written and spoken English; comfortable working with a UK-based team and overlapping with UK working hours for part of the day
Strongly Preferred
- Experience with Bullhorn (Bullhorn for Salesforce / Jobscience / Talent Rover) or another recruitment/staffing CRM or ATS
- Experience in or exposure to the recruitment/staffing industry
- Experience building or maintaining custom integrations (e.g. job boards, background screening, e-signature, payroll, telephony) via Apex/REST callouts
- Experience with common Bullhorn Marketplace integrations
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I certification
- Experience migrating data into Salesforce/Bullhorn (import wizards, Data Loader, ETL tools)
- Prior experience working as part of a small in-house team supporting a live CRM (vs. purely agency/consultancy-side work)
What We Offer
- Market-competitive salary
- Fully remote, with flexibility on hours (some overlap with UK hours required)
- Direct ownership of a system that's core to the business real autonomy, not just ticket-clearing
- Support and structured handover from our current UK-based Bullhorn implementation partner
- Budget for relevant certifications (Salesforce Admin/Dev, Bullhorn training) and ongoing learning
