Nexg Future India Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our branch operations in Kilimanoor.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage sales targets and drive business growth for the branch
- Lead, guide, and motivate the branch team to achieve performance goals
- Handle customer relations and ensure high service standards
- Manage inventory, stock, and coordinate with the central office
- Prepare and report on branch performance, sales, and targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Age: Below 30 years
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in the electronics sector (smartphones, laptops, home appliances)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of sales and branch operations in the electronics/retail industry
Salary & Benefits
- ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
