Generate potential business loan/private funding leads through personal contacts, referrals and other channels.
Build and maintain relationships with Business Owners, Traders, Manufacturers and Entrepreneurs.
Understand clients' financial requirements and suggest suitable funding solutions. Collect and submit quality loan files and required documents.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for documentation and file processing. Follow up regularly on leads and loan applications. Maintain proper records and track all customer files.
Achieve monthly sales and file submission targets. Develop long-term relationships with customers and business clients.
Requirements Minimum 6 months of sales experience is required. Experience in Finance / Private Funding / NBFC / Banking / Business Loans is preferred.
Positive communication, negotiation and convincing skills. Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Basic understanding of financial products and loan processes. Willingness to build a long-term career in financial services.
