Roles and Responsibilities -

VersaCloud is actively looking for anexpert Bookkeeper & Client Accounting Consultant to assist our clients in bookkeeping and business operations using the VersaCloud ERP system. As a consultant, you will be supporting clients with their bookkeeping needs and helping ensure they have reliable and precise financial reports and expertiseon best practices for inventory-based accounting. You will utilize your knowledge of financial data, helping businesses make data-drivenones.

A devoted bookkeeper is essential for this role, but we're also seeking someone who is excited to help out with other tasks in our ERP company when they're not workingon client accounting. Customer support, product development, quality assurance, consulting andERP implementation are some of the areas covered. play a critical role in the software-side enhancement of the ERP platform and support the sales and marketing team to help its clients maximize their use and benefits of the system.

KRAs

Client facing bookkeeping& consulting

- Becomea trusted advisor to customers, assisting them in maintaining their ledgers, and automating their work through VersaCloud ERP.
- For placed clientcompanies, records and organizes financial transactions.
- Ensure the bank and credit card statements, as well as order payments from Shopify to ERP, arereconciled.
- Advise clients on inventory costs, inventory records, and costof goods sold (COGS).
- The salestax, shipping, and merchant fee need to be well-categorized.
- For some clients, primarilyon a monthly basis, helping with reporting on expenses and setting general ledgers.
- Generate financial reports for client review (add profit and loss statements, balancesheet, cash flow statement).
- Assistwith tax filings when needed and assist with payroll processing.
- Work with clients'" operationsand fulfillment teams to help them financially account for removals, etc.
- Promote best financial practiceswith clients and offer ways in which they can use their ERP to increase productivity.
- It involves to make sure compliance with financial policies, rules and regulations aswell as industry standards.
- You work withdata meaning you provide analysis and insights to the clients so they can take informed decisions on business.
- Imports Financial Data for Clients to move fromtheir system to VersaCloud ERP during implementation.

Other Non-Bookkeeping Contributions When you are not performing bookkeeping tasks, you will have the chance tocollaborate with different teams within the ERP company, including:





Customer Support & Training:

- Help resolve client support queries regarding ERP accounting and financialworkflows.
- YourTraining gets you: Content creation for a Knowledge base consisting of written articles/ video tutorials around ERP implementation, features walkthroughs and financial workflows.
- Assist in developing staff trainingplans and materials to improve client onboarding.

Sales Support:

- Support the sales team in responding to questions from prospectsby email or in sales presentations specifically around accounting and financial functionality in the ERP.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that the ERP capabilities arebeing delivered on ERP roadmap according to customers' requirements based on real-world financial use cases.

Marketing& Content Development:

- Working closelywith the marketing team in creating accounting and financial related content for the website, blog posts, social media, product footers, and marketing videos.
- Participate directly in development of financial content that is relevant to the industry, to establish the ERP as a superior accounting andbusiness management solution.

Marketing &Development; of Products:

- Collaborate with the product marketing team to explore opportunities to iteratively enhancethe ERP system in response to client feedback.
- Assist in the prioritization of feature enhancements related to financial and accounting transactions, aswell as contributing to the requirement gathering process for new product capabilities.
- Help to test product updates to ensure they properly reflect theintended financial workflows before they are released.

Implementation of ERP, as well as QualityControl:

- Help clients with the data migration to ERPcloud, setup the ERP system (especially general ledger and financial reporting) and training to end usersSupport ERP implementation team
- Create training plans and carry outend user training sessions to ensure user adoption of the ERP.
- Test and validate financialworkflows for accurate system performance.

Requirements:

- A successful trackrecord as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Consultant, or a similar role working directly with clients




- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) ande-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, etc.)
- Familiarity with ERPs like NetSuite, Cin7,or Acumatica is a plus.
- Experience with payment processors (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, Square, etc.) and AvaTax.
- Robust Knowledge of Double Accounting & inventory basedaccounting principles
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills, able to trainand support clients.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and client communicationskills.
- Competence to work closely with various teams andparticipate in non-bookkeeping projects.
- Associate's degree(preferred) in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Mustknow Excel and Google Sheets
- Candidates who can provide more than bookkeeping and can assistcustomer support, sales, marketing, product development, and implementation, will receive preference
- efforts.
