Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect with 2+ years of experience to join our architectural/BIM team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate architectural BIM models, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality and BIM standards. Current BIM Architect roles commonly emphasize Revit, AutoCAD, architectural detailing, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and construction documentation.
- Convert 2D CAD drawings and design information into accurate 3D BIM models.
- Interpret architectural designs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines.
- Assist in identifying and resolving clashes and design coordination issues using Navisworks or similar tools.
- Ensure BIM models are accurate, properly detailed, and compliant with project standards and BIM Execution Plans.
- Create and manage Revit families, templates, sheets, annotations, and model standards.
- Incorporate design revisions, consultant comments, site feedback, and client requirements into BIM models.
- Participate in BIM coordination and project review meetings.
- Prepare drawings and documentation for design development, construction, and execution stages.
- Maintain proper file management, model version control, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, BIM Coordinators, consultants, and other project stakeholders.




- Ensure timely delivery of assigned models and drawings while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Architectural BIM.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination.
- Good understanding of architectural design, construction drawings, detailing, and building construction methods.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows, modelling standards, and documentation practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify modelling/design discrepancies.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Experience with SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or other visualization tools.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or large-scale projects.
- Exposure to international projects and standards will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 or other BIM standards is desirable.

Education B.Arch / M.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or a related AEC qualification.

Experience: 2+ years in Architectural BIM / Revit-based architectural projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
