Generate and manage leads through calls, references, digital enquiries, walk-ins, and other channels.
Understand customers' budget, location preferences, configuration requirements, and investment objectives.
Present residential projects, including apartment configurations, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and other relevant details.
Conduct and coordinate property/site visits for prospective buyers.
Build robust relationships with prospective customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and sales activities in CRM/MIS.
Stay updated on residential property market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.
Generate referrals and repeat business through robust customer relationships.
Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, campaigns, and other sales activities.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.48 per month
