Job Summary:

Responsible for managing sales and distribution operations across an assigned zone, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, managing distributors and key accounts, and achieving overall sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned zone
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Manage distributors, dealers, stockists, and key customers across the zone
Drive primary and secondary sales and improve market penetration
Expand distribution networks and identify new business opportunities
Monitor product availability, stock levels, and market coverage
Manage and develop Area Sales Managers and sales teams
Track competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends
Ensure effective implementation of promotional campaigns and trade schemes
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams for timely product distribution
Monitor collections, outstanding payments, and distributor performance
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, territory plans, and management MIS
Conduct regular market visits and review regional sales performance

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Excellent analytical and commercial understanding
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and sales reporting tools

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
10–15 years of experience in FMCG/Dairy sales
4–6 years in a regional/zonal sales leadership role

Preferred Experience:
Experience in dairy, milk products, beverages, FMCG, food products, or consumer goods
Robust exposure to General Trade, Contemporary Trade, Institutional, HoReCa, and Distributor Sales
Experience managing large territories, multiple distributors, and regional sales teams

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
