Senior Executive - Statutory Compliance, IR & HR

Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, employee counselling and employee welfare.
Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Factories Act, and statutory requirements.
Manage contract labour, contractor compliance, attendance, wages, and workforce (blue collars) deployment.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, OT, LOP, salary revisions, and employee advantages.
Prepare HR MIS, manpower reports, and support statutory/internal audits.
Coordinate with production for manpower planning and maintain workplace discipline.

Requirements
3+yrs of experience in Statutory compliance, IR & HR
MBA HR / MSW / Any Graduate with relevant HR & IR experience.
Valuable knowledge of Labour Laws, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, and Factory HR.
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
