Financial Recording: Maintain up-to-date ledgers by accurately logging daily payments, expenses, and revenues.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card records, and general ledger accounts monthly.
Financial Reporting: Prepare key statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Tax Compliance: Calculate tax liabilities, prepare returns, and ensure timely submission to prevent compliance issues.
Data Analysis: Identify financial trends, cost-saving areas, and revenue leaks to support budgeting.
Audit Support: Gather documentation and coordinate with external or internal auditors during financial reviews.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Monitor incoming vendor invoices and follow up on outstanding client collections. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
