Lead architectural design from concept, schematic, and detailed drawings to execution stage
Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, and design details
Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants
Ensure compliance with local building bylaws, codes, and statutory approvals
Manage and guide junior architects and drafting teams
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and design compliance
Resolve design and execution-related issues on site
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors
Review material specifications, BOQs, and drawings for accuracy
Attend client meetings and present design proposals
Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines and budgets

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
