Watcon International is seeking a BOQ & Quotation Executive responsible for preparing accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and quotations for swimming pools, water bodies, fountains, fire features, and associated construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs based on project drawings and client requirements.
Create detailed quotations and cost estimates.
Calculate material quantities and pricing.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and project teams.
Update pricing databases and vendor rates.
Review tender documents and project specifications.
Revise quotations as per project changes.
Maintain quotation and estimation records.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
1–3years of experience in BOQ preparation and estimation.
Knowledge of construction materials, swimming pools, water features, fountains, fireplaces, and related systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD (preferred).
Solid analytical and costing skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
