Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal disorders.
Perform Primary and Revision Knee Replacement (TKR) and Hip Replacement (THR) surgeries.
Perform advanced Arthroscopic Surgeries of the Knee, Shoulder, and Ankle.
Manage trauma, fractures, sports injuries, and emergency orthopedic cases.
Conduct OPD consultations and IPD patient management.
Develop personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, physiotherapists, radiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with NABH protocols and hospital policies.
Participate in CMEs, departmental meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
