Sales and Customer Management:
Identify and qualify leads, generating recent sales opportunities through various channels.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate spare parts.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate prices and terms of sales.
Process orders accurately and efficiently.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
