Role & responsibilities :
Develop, implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and programs to align with the organization's business objectives and promote a positive work culture
Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
Conduct recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and job offers to attract top talent to the organization
Develop and deliver employee training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews
Ensure HR databases and records are accurate and up-to-date, including employee files, attendance records, and benefit information
Assist with the development and management of employee compensation and advantages programs
Collaborate with the Manager to analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving HR programs and practices





Preferred candidate profile :
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and performance management
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including employment standards, human rights, and health and safety regulations
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships and provide guidance to employees at all levels of the organization
Robust analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for HR programs and practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience using HR management software and databases.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
