Job Responsibilities:
Handle all legal, compliance, and regulatory matters of the company.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Manage litigation, legal notices, arbitration, and court cases.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory laws, environmental regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with external advocates, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Provide legal advice to management on business and operational matters.
Develop legal policies and minimize legal risks for the organization.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of Corporate, Contract, Labour, and Commercial Laws.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.




Ability to handle legal matters independently.
Positive communication and leadership skills.

Additional Requirement:
Minimum 12–15 years of legal experience.
Solid experience in handling NCLT, DRT, Arbitration, Recovery Matters, Corporate Litigation, and Commercial Disputes.
Experience in drafting legal notices, petitions, replies, and coordinating with advocates.
Sound knowledge of Companies Act, Contract Law, Labour Laws, and Regulatory Compliance.
Ability to represent and manage matters before NCLT, DRT, and other judicial/regulatory authorities.

Preferred Industry:

Paints, Chemicals, Manufacturing, Solvents, Thinner, Turpentine, Sealer, or related industries.

Experience Required: 10–15 years in Legal & Compliance.
