Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally) and Microsoft Excel.
In-depth knowledge of GST laws, GST filing processes, and GST accounting.
Robust understanding of Indian tax laws (or relevant jurisdiction's tax laws) and their application in business.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex GST matters to non-financial stakeholders.
Leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to guide and mentor a team.
Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements preferred
Experience with HR software and systems is an advantage.
