We are looking for a Service Engineer responsible for installation, maintenance, and servicing of machines, ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of service issues.
Key Responsibilities
Install and commission machines at customer sites
Attend service calls and resolve issues within TAT
Perform preventive maintenance and AMC services
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical issues
Generate spare parts business and service reports
Maintain service records and documentation
Coordinate with customers for feedback and satisfaction
Follow up on payments related to service and spares
Identify new business prospects at customer sites
Key Skills
Solid technical knowledge (mechanical/electrical)
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Valuable communication and customer handling skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel
Qualification
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics
Pay: ₹8,630.15 - ₹25,000.00 per month
