Key Responsibilities
Operate the VMC machine and ensure smooth machining operations.
Write and edit manual CNC programs (G-code / M-code).
Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine.
Set work offsets and tool offsets in the controller.
Load and run programs on controllers like Fanuc CNC Controller or similar systems.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge).
Monitor machining process and adjust parameters if required.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.

Required Skills
Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming
Ability to read mechanical drawings
Tool selection and tool offset knowledge
Machine setting and job setting
Quality inspection skills

Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
1–5 years experience in VMC machining

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
