Job Summary
To be responsible for owning and expanding the end-to-end relationship with a large/strategic global client. The role serves as the single point of accountability for client success, driving multi-country revenue growth, delivery excellence and long-term strategic alignment between client global business priorities and our services portfolios.Global Client Partner – CP with an account size of 50M+
Key Responsibilities
1.Own the overall client relationship across all geographies, service lines and business units
2.Act as the strategic advisor to the clients CIO/CTO/CFO/Business Heads
3.Build and sustain HCL’s position as a preferred global partner
4.Drive global revenue expansion by identifying prospects across regions, industry and service offering




5.Anticipate client’s evolving needs and proactively introduce innovation, digital transformation and recent models
6.Chair global governance boards to track performance, transform outcomes and innovation initiatives
7.Represent the company in client forums and industry events
8.Provide thought leadership to the client on emerging technologies and industry trends
9.Lead a global account team including Account managers, Client Directors and Support functions
