Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and follow up on enquiries.
Handle incoming customer calls and provide restaurant information.
Promote offers, services and special deals.
Take customer bookings and maintain call records.
Follow up with customers to improve sales and repeat business.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Skills: Positive communication, customer handling and basic computer knowledge.
Languages: Tamil & English mandatory; Hindi is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
