We are looking for a Tele caller Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive customer experience. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues efficiently and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages
Respond to customer queries in a timely and qualified manner
Provide accurate information about products/services
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain customer records and update information in CRM systems
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Robust problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
Active listening skills
Customer-focused attitude
Qualifications:
Any UG/PG degree
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
Experience:
0–3 years in customer service or related field
