DesignMate is hiring a Site In-Charge with hands-on experience in full interior/turnkey project execution. You will be responsible for managing in office operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality interior projects.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise end-to-end interior site execution (modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical & plumbing)
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, BOQ, and specifications
Manage site labor, contractors, and vendors
Monitor daily progress and report updates to management
Handle in office challenges and ensure smooth workflow
Maintain quality standards and client satisfaction
Track and manage materials, inventory, and deliveries
Ensure project completion within defined timelines
Follow safety protocols and maintain site discipline

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field




2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out / turnkey projects
Strong knowledge of interior materials and execution processes
Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings and BOQ
Good team handling and coordination skills
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Skills
Experience in residential & commercial interior projects
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Excel
Positive communication skills (English/Telugu/Hindi preferred)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Secunderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
