Job description
Technically verify and analyze scans, digital models, or physical impressions submitted by doctors to confirm workability.
Assess whether the work type requested by the doctor is compatible with the provided scan/model/impression
Identify technical limitations such as insufficient clearance, layering issues in scans, Distortions, inaccuracies, or incomplete data
Communicate clearly with doctors regarding: Case feasibility, Required modifications, Need for re-scan or recent impression, wherever applicable
Suggest the most appropriate alternative treatment or work type when the requested work is not feasible with the provided scan/model.
Ensure all technical clarifications are communicated diplomatically and professionally to maintain solid doctor relationships
Act as the primary technical point of contact between doctors and internal production teams
Document-case related communications and technical observations accurately in the system
Preferred Skills & Experience
BDS
Excellent command of English and Malayalam is essential, with additional preference for candidates who can communicate in Hindi and Tamil.
Candidates with customer handling experience will be an advantage
