About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head – Facility Operations to lead and manage the end-to-end operations and service delivery of our facilities. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth, secure, cost-effective, and high-quality facility operations while maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day facility operations and service delivery across assigned properties.
Manage maintenance, repairs, security, housekeeping, landscaping, and other facility services.
Lead and monitor vendors, contractors, and service partners to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, SOPs, and service standards.
Prepare and manage operational budgets, expenses, and cost-control initiatives.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed on schedule.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory,



and facility-related regulations.
Monitor site performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client and stakeholder concerns.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support client satisfaction and retention.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline; facility management/engineering qualifications will be an advantage.
8+ years of experience in facility management, IFM, property operations, or related fields.
Experience managing large commercial, residential, institutional, hospitality, or mixed-use facilities.
Solid experience in vendor and contractor management.
Good understanding of maintenance, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and safety operations.
Experience in budget management, SLA/KPI monitoring, and client management

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
