Position: Mat Production Operator
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Mat Production Operator to operate production machinery and ensure smooth, efficient and quality-focused mat manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Operate mat manufacturing machines safely and efficiently.
Set up and adjust machines according to production requirements.
Monitor production output and maintain the required quality standards.
Check mat size, shape, finishing and overall quality during production.
Identify machine problems and report breakdowns to the supervisor/maintenance team.
Maintain proper production quantity and minimize material wastage.
Handle raw materials carefully and ensure proper feeding of materials.
Maintain cleanliness and safety around the machine and work area.
Follow production schedules and instructions given by the supervisor.
Complete daily production records and report production issues.
Coordinate with other production team members for smooth workflow.
Follow all company safety rules, discipline and operating procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in mat manufacturing / textile / coir / PVC mat production is preferred.
Basic knowledge of operating production machinery.
Ability to understand machine settings and production instructions.
Valuable attention to quality and production targets.
Responsible, punctual and disciplined.
Ability to work in shifts if required.
Freshers with relevant machine-operation interest may also be considered.
