We are looking for a Senior Leisure Assistant to join our Leisure & Holiday Division – Grand Vacations. The candidate will assist clients with holiday planning, hotel bookings, car rentals, cruises, and international/domestic tour packages. Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries for holiday packages and prepare customized itineraries.
Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, airlines, and vendors for quotes and bookings.
Prepare proposals, vouchers, and confirmations.
Maintain client records and assist with travel documentation.
Promote special offers, festive packages, and group tours.
Support the Leisure Manager in achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred.
Experience: 2–5 years.
Knowledge of popular destinations, costing, and basic visa formalities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Email, and WhatsApp.
