Mobile Itinerary Management: Managing and constantly updating the MD's travel schedule, including flights, car services, and hotel stays.
Real-time Communication: Acting as the primary gatekeeper for calls and emails, filtering urgent matters that require the MD's immediate attention while traveling.
Meeting Support: Preparing agendas and briefing materials before arrival, taking minutes during transit or on-site, and tracking action items immediately after.
Logistics & Logistics: Coordinating with local drivers, hotel staff, and event organisers to ensure seamless transitions between locations.
On-the-Go Documentation: Using mobile tools to draft correspondence, prepare presentations, and manage expenses or reports while away from the office.
