Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular facility checks and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical and electrical defects; repair or replace faulty wiring, plumbing leaks, and broken components.
Facility Upkeep: Perform general construction tasks such as carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and landscaping.
Emergency Response: Promptly address on-call maintenance requests and equipment failures to minimize disruptions.
Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensure all repairs and building codes meet local health and safety standards; maintain accurate service logs and inventory tracking.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Certifications in HVAC, building maintenance, or related technical fields are highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
Physical Capability: High physical stamina, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or on ladders.
Problem-Solving: Excellent deductive reasoning and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
