We are looking for a Billing Platform Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting Billing Platform solutions for enterprise Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) transformation programs. The ideal candidate will possess a balanced blend of functional and technical expertise across the end-to-end billing lifecycle, including subscription management, pricing, usage-based billing, invoicing, payments, collections, and revenue processes. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, preparing functional and technical designs, configuring the Billing Platform application, developing customizations, integrations, workflows, reports, and data migration solutions, and supporting unit, system, and user acceptance testing.

The role also involves troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring high-quality solution delivery aligned with industry best practices. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, functional consultants, technical teams, integration teams, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Billing Platform solutions. The role requires strong consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to contribute across the full project lifecyclefrom requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Years of Experience: 5 - 8 Years Position Requirements: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional and technical specifications, and recommend scalable Billing Platform solutions aligned with Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business processes and industry best practices Configure Billing Platform features including subscription management, pricing, billing, invoicing, payments, collections, and revenue processes. Develop customizations, workflows, reports,



integrations, and data migration components to meet business requirements. Perform unit testing, support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), resolve defects, validate solution quality, and support deployment, cutover, and post-production stabilization activities.

Work closely with solution architects, functional consultants, technical teams, QA, integration teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery, timely issue resolution, and adherence to project milestones. Prepare technical and functional documentation, support knowledge transfer and user training, troubleshoot production issues, contribute to reusable assets and accelerators, and continuously improve delivery quality, productivity, and client satisfaction. Develop technical solutions using Billing Platform scripting, APIs, and configuration capabilities.

Build and maintain billing workflows, rating rules, invoicing, taxation, payments, collections, and revenue-related processes. Configure product catalog, pricing, subscriptions, usage billing, Tax configuration and billing schedules. Design and develop integrations between Billing Platform and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle ERP, NetSuite, CRM systems, Payment gateways, Tax engines and Data warehouses Develop REST/SOAP API integrations.

Strong hands-on experience with billing platform and experience with APIs, integrations, and data reconciliation. Working knowledge of SQL and reporting tools. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead business discussions with customers, discover requirements, frame a problem statement, lead solution workshops and deliver a Technical solution Must be a solid team player with excellent communication skills at the business and technical level, able to collaborate as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer results in a rapid paced implementation environment Nice to have skills on Zuora Billing, Oracle ORMB, SAP BRIM, or other similar billing applications.
