We are looking for an experienced Billing Platform Techno Functional Manager and a Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end solution architecture, design, and implementation of Billing Platform solutions for enterprise Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) transformation programs. The candidate will have deep expertise in subscription billing, usage-based billing, pricing, invoicing, payments, collections, and enterprise integrations, along with solid consulting and stakeholder management skills. Role will require experience and capability in project management, team management, solutioning, design, development, unit testing, products configurations, test script execution, performing proof of concept, building user training materials and leading project milestones The Candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, client executives, functional teams, and technical teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performing Billing Platform solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.

Years of Experience: 8 - 14 Years Position Requirements: Proven working experience in project management of Billing platform implementations Lead end-to-end Billing Platform solution architecture for large-scale implementation programs. Design scalable Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions aligned with client business processes. Define enterprise architecture, solution blueprints, and implementation roadmap.

Ensure solutions align with Billing Platform best practices and product capabilities. Excellent client-facing skills and communication (written/verbal) skills Configure and customize Billing Platform based on business and functional requirements.



Develop technical solutions using Billing Platform scripting, APIs, and configuration capabilities.

Build and maintain billing workflows, rating rules, invoicing, taxation, payments, collections, and revenue-related processes. Configure product catalog, pricing, subscriptions, usage billing, Tax configuration and billing schedules. Design and develop integrations between Billing Platform and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle ERP, NetSuite, CRM systems, Payment gateways, Tax engines and Data warehouses Develop REST/SOAP API integrations.

Strong hands-on experience with billing platform and experience with APIs, integrations, and data reconciliation. Working knowledge of SQL and reporting tools. Regular connect with client teams and gather requirements, conduct regular team meetings, and track project progress Experience in translating client requirements into technical specifications and solution design Understand customer business processes/functional specifications and independently drive technical solutioning to delivery Ability to lead business discussions with customers, discover requirements, frame a problem statement, lead solution workshops and deliver a Technical solution Resource management, Risk Management skills and ability to handle complex team issues Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, best practices and documentation requirements across project phases Expertise in multiple Delivery Practices including Agile methodology Support project planning and estimation.

Manage technical risks and dependencies. Drive solution quality throughout the implementation lifecycle.
