Job Summary

STH Steel Corporation is looking for a Billing Executive / Tally Operator to handle day-to-day billing activities and support the accounts/billing department. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally and billing processes and should be comfortable working with invoices, records, and routine accounting entries.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process customer invoices and bills accurately.
- Enter sales and purchase transactions in Tally.
- Maintain billing records and ensure timely documentation.
- Verify invoices, quantities, rates, and other billing details.
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and other departments for billing-related requirements.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and related documents.
- Assist with basic accounting and data-entry activities.




- Follow up on pending billing-related requirements when required.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of daily billing work.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting and billing procedures.
- Commerce background with good numerical ability.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage routine work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

- Commerce graduate / candidate with a Commerce background.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in billing, invoicing, or Tally operations.
- Male candidates aged 20–35 years.
- Candidates with experience in a steel/trading/industrial environment will be preferred.
