Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing and Planning Engineer based in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for project billing, quantity surveying, cost estimation, planning, budgeting and project cost control, with close coordination across site, procurement, contracts, finance and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

*Client & Subcontractor Billing, including RA & Final Bills

- Quantity Surveying, BOQ & Measurement Verification
- Cost Estimation, Rate Analysis & Budgeting
- Project Planning & Scheduling
- Cost Monitoring, MIS & Cash Flow Planning
- Tender Quantity Verification
- Coordination with Site, Procurement & Finance

Requirements

- 2+ years of relevant experience
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Solid knowledge of Civil Project Billing, BOQ & Quantity Surveying
- Advanced MS Excel and AutoCAD
- Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings
- Experience in Piling, Excavation, Foundation, Geotechnical or Infrastructure Projects preferred
- ERP/SAP and Contract Management experience will be an advantage

Not suitable for: Fresh graduates, accounts-only billing profiles, interior fit-out or purely residential construction experience.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
