Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Billing and Client Services Executive to manage client billing cycles, ensure timely invoicing and collections, and deliver excellent post-sales support. The role sits at the intersection of finance operations and client relationship management, supporting our growing base of deal-driven clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate, review, and issue accurate invoices for VDR subscriptions, project-based services, and renewals.
- Track receivables, follow up on outstanding payments, and coordinate with clients for timely collections.
- Maintain billing records, reconcile accounts, and prepare regular reports on invoicing status and collections.
- Handle client queries related to invoices, payments, contract terms, and service usage.
- Coordinate with sales, operations,



and technical teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure smooth client onboarding/renewals.
- Support contract renewals, upsells, and basic account management activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, GST, and other statutory billing requirements.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through responsive and professional communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com / BBA preferred).
- 35 years of hands-on experience in billing, accounts receivable, client servicing, or a similar role (preferably in SaaS, IT services, or B2B skilled services).
- Strong understanding of invoicing processes, GST, and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with billing/accounting software or ERP tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.

Preferred
- Prior experience in SaaS, software, or professional services billing.
- Knowledge of Virtual Data Rooms or document management platforms (advantageous but not mandatory).
