Key Responsibilities:

- Market bench consultants to suitable requirements across the US IT staffing market.
- Work with Prime Vendors, Implementation Partners, Tier-1 Vendors, and Direct Clients to identify suitable opportunities.
- Search for requirements through job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
- Submit consultant profiles to relevant requirements and maintain regular follow-ups with vendors and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors, recruiters, and client contacts.
- Coordinate with consultants regarding submissions, interview schedules, feedback, and placement status.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions,



interviews, requirements, and placements.
- Generate new vendor/client contacts through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Work toward daily and weekly submissions, interviews, and placement targets.
- Coordinate with internal recruiting and management teams to ensure smooth consultant marketing.

Candidates should have good knowledge of US IT Staffing, Bench Sales, Vendor Management, Consultant Marketing, Rate Negotiation, and Client/Vendor Relationship Management, along with robust communication and negotiation skills.
