About the Role

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Bench Sales Recruiters to join our growing team. If you're passionate about US IT staffing, sales, vendor management, and building strong client relationships, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Market and place bench consultants on C2C & W2 opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners, vendors, and clients.
- Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and consultants throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate rates and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Follow up with vendors and clients regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offer status.
- Maintain an updated database of consultants, vendors, and client requirements.
- Identify and generate new requirements through vendor and client networks.
- Work on job portals and staffing platforms to identify suitable opportunities.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly submission and placement targets.
- Maintain regular communication with consultants and provide updates on job opportunities.

Required Skills




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
- Knowledge of job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, marketing, sales, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a quick-paced and target-driven environment.
- Good follow-up and vendor management skills.
- Willingness to work in Night Shift (US EST/CST Hours).

- Candidates with up to 4 years of Bench Sales Recruiter experience are welcome.

Salary 10000 -40000 per month
