Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the Corporate Gifting segment. The role involves generating leads, building partnerships, visiting corporate gifting companies and corporate clients, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit corporate gifting companies, branding agencies, event management firms, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads through market visits, networking, references, and research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and business partners.
- Identify partnership and business opportunities in the corporate gifting industry.
- Present the company's product portfolio and gifting solutions to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, samples, customization, and order execution.
- Achieve monthly targets for meetings, lead generation, and business conversions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Corporate Gifting, or Business Development.
- Robust networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client and partner meetings
