Position BDM International - LATAM Region

Location: Shantipura, Ahmedabad, GJ

Industry: Pharmaceutical Formulations Manufacturing & Export

Position Type: Full Time Permanent.

Work mode: WFO Mode & Must have experience into LATAM countries

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute international business development strategies for ROW, LATAM, CIS, and SEA markets.
- Identify, evaluate, appoint, and manage distributors, importers, and institutional customers.
- Conduct market research on demand, pricing, competition, regulations, and business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs teams for product registration, documentation, and market approvals.
- Monitor distributor performance, market penetration, and revenue growth.
- Represent the company at international trade exhibitions, B2B meetings, conferences, and tenders.
- Identify new product and portfolio expansion opportunities based on market demand and therapeutic trends.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international business partners.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Administration, International Business,



International Trade, or a related field.

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in International Business Development, Export Sales, or International Marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in developing international distributor networks.
- Hands-on exposure to international business negotiations and revenue generation.
- Experience handling institutional sales and international tenders.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and import licensing across global markets.

Preferred Industry Background Candidates currently working with pharmaceutical formulation manufacturers, exporters, or international business teams from reputed pharma organizations will be preferred.
