2. Proforma Invoice Sending (PI) : a) Follow up for payment terms.
3. Order followup : a) Need to keep track of process status.
4. Dispatch : Dispatch Mails to billing executives , sales person.
5. Stores Related : a) Stock transfer in SAP.
6. Order Booking : a) Order booking in SAP as per indent .
7. Handling SAP : a) adding new parties
b) Monitoring of open orders and finding reasons for delay and rectify it.
1. Loadcells Related :a) Order forwarding to load cell department.
2. Accounts Related Work : a) Cheque deposit confirmation b) Monitoring pending COD list c) Payment confirmation
3. Repair related: a) Reporting to repairing team for repair related issues, Calling OEMs for repairing related documents & repairing material status.
Qualification : B.tech (EC/EX/EEE/EE) Pay: ₹13,000.30 - ₹20,000.38 per hour
