KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate banquet business through client acquisition and relationship building.
- Handle banquet inquiries, prepare quotations, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Upsell banquet services to maximize revenue.
- Coordinate with operations for seamless event execution.
- Manage bookings, contracts, and client follow-ups.




- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
