We work with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and businesses, with a focus on quality, accuracy, timely service and long-term customer relationships.

Role

We are looking for a responsible and sincere Back Office cum Accounts Executive who can manage day-to-day customer coordination, quotations, basic accounts, billing, purchase follow-up and payment recovery.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend customer calls and respond to inquiries.
- Understand requirements and prepare quotations and basic costing.
- Follow up on quotations and customer orders.
- Check stock availability and coordinate purchases when stock is low.
- Coordinate with suppliers, production and dispatch teams.
- Prepare/update bills, invoices, ledgers and payment records.
- Maintain customer outstanding statements.
- Regularly follow up with customers for pending payments and recovery.




- Update daily office records and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate basic accounts-related work with management/accountant.

Skills Required
- Strong maths and calculation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of accounts, billing and ledger entries.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, computer, email and WhatsApp.
- Valuable communication in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Basic English understanding is sufficient.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling ability.
- Candidate should be responsible, accurate, organized and willing to learn.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to prepare basic drawings will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in back office, accounts, quotation preparation, billing, purchase coordination or payment follow-up will be preferred.

Gujarati-medium candidates are welcome. Practical knowledge, sincerity, strong calculation ability and willingness to take responsibility are more important than fluent English.
