SS Tech is hiring an experienced B2C Sales Manager – US Voice Process for our Noida Sector 62 office.

The candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of approximately 25 Sales Executives handling the US B2C Voice Sales Process.

We are looking specifically for candidates with proven experience in US B2C Sales, team management, target achievement, conversion improvement, coaching, performance management, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team of approximately 25 Sales Executives handling the US market.
- Drive team and individual sales targets, revenue goals, conversions, and productivity.
- Conduct daily and weekly sales reviews and performance meetings.
- Coach, train, and mentor team members to improve sales performance and closures.
- Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, call quality, productivity, conversions, and individual performance.
- Identify performance gaps and prepare improvement/action plans.
- Develop and implement effective B2C sales strategies for the US market.
- Support the team in handling customer escalations and difficult sales closures.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of leads, customer interactions, and sales data in CRM.
- Build and maintain a high-performance and target-driven sales environment.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of relevant US Sales experience.




- Current or previous experience as a B2C Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, Team Manager, Team Leader, or equivalent sales leadership role.
- Hands-on experience managing a US B2C Voice Sales Process.
- Proven experience managing and driving the performance of a sales team.
- Strong understanding of US customers, sales techniques, objection handling, and closures.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving team conversions.
- Strong coaching, motivation, and performance-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Comfortable working permanently in a US/Night Shift.
- Comfortable working from office in Noida Sector 62.

- You have only Customer Service or Customer Support experience.
- You have never handled any international sales process.
- You have worked only as a Sales Executive/BDE without team-management experience.
- You are looking only for an individual-contributor sales position.
- You are not comfortable working night shifts.
- You are not willing to work from our Noida Sector 62 office.
