Job Responsibilities
Develop recent B2B customers for our masterbatch products.
Generate leads through market visits, phone calls, references, online platforms and industry contacts.
Visit plastic manufacturers, converters and other potential customers.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable masterbatch products.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and follow up on orders.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Track market trends, competitors and customer requirements.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.
Pay: ₹11,438.75 - ₹25,000.00 per month
