Site Engineer – Civil | Akruti Developer

Akruti Developer is looking for a Site Engineer – Civil with positive knowledge of site execution and estimation to manage day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with contractors, and ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site.
Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
Monitor material requirements, usage, and availability at the site.
Prepare and maintain quantity estimates, BOQs, measurements, and basic cost calculations.
Check quantities of completed work and assist in contractor bill verification.
Monitor work progress and prepare regular site progress reports.
Ensure quality of construction work and adherence to safety standards.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
Maintain proper records of measurements,



materials, drawings, and site documentation.
Support planning and execution to ensure projects are completed within the defined timelines and budget.

Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
0–3 years of experience in site execution and/or estimation.
Valuable knowledge of civil construction practices and site supervision.
Basic knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, measurements, and billing.
Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
